I'm experiencing a bug, what do I do?

If your game is not performing the way it should, or you have questions about the game, answers can be found in the Squishmallows Match Help Center.

To access the Help Center through the game, first go to settings by tapping the gear icon in the top-right corner of your screen, then tap “Support” to be redirected to our Help Center. 

Here you can search for the answer to your question or for additional information about Squishmallows Match.

If the answer you are looking for is not in the Help Center or you would like to report a bug, tap “Submit a Request” to contact our Support Team. 

What should you include in you support request?

• Your User ID
• A detailed description of your question or the issue you are experiencing
• Any relevant screenshots of the issue or error message you are receiving
• The Support Team might ask you for additional details depending on your reason for contacting them.
