If you are experiencing network connectivity issues and lose your connection to our game servers. Try the following:
- Close the game and reopen it.
- Restart your device.
- Connect to Wi-Fi if you’re on Cellular, or vice versa. Also, try another Wi-Fi network to see if that works over your home/work network.
- If the issues persist, see if another device has connectivity issues. If it doesn’t, try resetting your network connection settings and reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.
If the issue persists, give it some time and see if it connects again shortly. Sometimes, regional issues relating to how data is routed through your network and the internet can create lapses in connectivity. Waiting until those issues subside is sometimes the best troubleshooting step.
